The Goal

Completely renovate front, side, and rear of unit to provide clean, low-maintenance landscaping; create three privacy areas: morning coffee space, day-long bird-watching space, and dining space.

The Results

Removed existing landscape; installed pressure-treated retaining wall (unified with pressure-treated borders) to create seating area on side of unit; re-purposed existing patio blocks for new front/side walkways; installed all new plant material and bed material.
