The Goal

Transform little-used, unattractive area in backyard to provide interesting and relaxing space for contemplation and intimate gathering throughout the day.

The Results

Installed a large koi fish pond in an unused, area of backyard; provided seating area to enjoy the two waterfalls.  Built natural stone retaining wall as raised-bed border of pond; installed plant material to soften edges and to provide natural screen for unattractive cyclone fence.
